Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By creating a Routine account you agree to these terms. Routine is a sales productivity tool that gives you a daily plan, scripts, contact records, goals and activity tracking. It does not sell on your behalf and does not guarantee any level of income or sales results.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. One account is for one person; team access is handled through the Team feature.
3. Subscription, trial and billing
Routine Starter costs $50 per month, with a one-time $30 setup fee. New subscribers pay $5 at checkout for seven days of access; this is credited toward setup. Seven days after checkout, your saved payment method is automatically charged $75 ($50 first month + $25 remaining setup). Subsequent monthly charges are $50. All amounts are USD and include applicable tax. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the $75 charge. Returning subscribers do not receive another trial or pay another setup fee. The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your Billing page; cancellation stops future charges and your access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Routine to send unlawful, deceptive or unsolicited bulk messages, to store data you have no right to hold, to misrepresent any company you represent, or to attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service. You are responsible for complying with the marketing, privacy and compliance rules of your own industry and of any company whose products you sell.
5. Your content
Your contacts, notes, scripts, goals and activity records belong to you. You grant us only the permission needed to store and display that content back to you and, where you choose, to your team manager. Scripts you submit to the shared community library may be reviewed, edited or removed by our moderators.
6. Company names and directory
Company names in the Routine directory are listed for identification only. Routine is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.
7. Availability and liability
We work hard to keep Routine available but provide it "as is", without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost sales, lost profits or lost data.
8. Ending the agreement
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or use Routine in a way that harms other users or the service.
